Fat: 86.00g | Prot: 55.35g | Carb: 29.74g.   Breakfast:  chicken, Egg, folgers decaffinated instant coffee, grape tomatos, great value heavy whipping cream, premium super blue cheese dressing maries, salad greens. Lunch:  cheese, Extra Lean Ground Beef, mustard, onion. Dinner:  Brussels Sprouts, butter, cream, foldgers instant decaf coffee. Snacks/Other:  extra fancy mixed nuts.
