Fat: 154.47g | Prot: 220.99g | Carb: 295.32g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, Mayo, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Pollock, Swedish Meatballs in Sauce with Noodles (Frozen Meal). Dinner:  Chicken Spring Roll, Rotisserie Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Green Tea, Honey, Signature Caramel Ice Cream Bars.
