Fat: 28.11g | Prot: 40.30g | Carb: 95.52g.   Breakfast:  egg, mayonnaise, oatnut bread. Lunch:  BOILED SHRIMP. Dinner:  boiled egg, mixed salad, ranch dressing, townhouse flatbread crisps. Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream Sandwich - Neopolitan.
