Fat: 59.27g | Prot: 135.77g | Carb: 215.79g.   Breakfast:  peanut butter, english muffin, oatmeal squares. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, spring mix, fage raspberry yogurt, smoked sockeye salmon, tortilla chips, dried mangos. Dinner:  scrambled egg, hot sauce, fage peach yogurt, spring mix, teriyaki chicken.
