Fat: 87.41g | Prot: 73.11g | Carb: 212.98g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Egg, English muffin, Milk. Lunch:  Hellmans light 1 tbsp, Lettuce, Pumpernickel, Tomato, Turkey breast. Dinner:  Meatball, Sausage, Spaghetti, Tomato sauce. Snacks/Other:  Oreo cookies, Potato chips.
