Fat: 61.49g | Prot: 87.40g | Carb: 70.11g.   Breakfast:  coffee, soft boiled egg, whole milk. Lunch:  avocado, baby spinach, balsamic vinegar, chicken breast, olive oil. Dinner:  Anaheim Chile, Champagne, cod, coleslaw, Crushed Tomatoes, Green Olives with Pimento, Shiraz. Snacks/Other:  apple.
