Fat: 61.49g | Prot: 87.40g | Carb: 70.11g.   Breakfast:  coffee, whole milk, soft boiled egg. Lunch:  chicken breast, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, baby spinach, avocado. Dinner:  cod, coleslaw, Anaheim Chile, Crushed Tomatoes, Green Olives with Pimento, Shiraz, Champagne. Snacks/Other:  apple.
