Fat: 90.22g | Prot: 77.01g | Carb: 44.54g.   Breakfast:  Traditional Plain Greek Yogurt, strawberry, blueberries, Golden Roasted Flaxseed with Whole Seeds, coffee, half and half. Lunch:  chicken breast, avocado, salad, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red pepper, cucumber. Dinner:  meatloaf muffin, Broccoli Flower Clusters. Snacks/Other:  sour cream, whipped cream, cream cheese, Golden Roasted Flaxseed with Whole Seeds.
