Fat: 127.20g | Prot: 93.64g | Carb: 31.86g.   Breakfast:  cauliflower pizza crust, Espresso Coffee, evening primrose oil, half and half, Italian Sausage, parmesan. Lunch:  aioli, canned albacore tuna, egg, Espresso Coffee, half and half, salad. Dinner:  Cheddar Muffin, chicken broth, coconut oil, coconut oil, salad, sour cream. Snacks/Other:  bourbon chocolate t, cheesecake truffle, dubliner cheese.
