Fat: 104.93g | Prot: 59.62g | Carb: 30.56g.   Breakfast: almond milk, Espresso Coffee, evening primrose oil, half and half, low carb cereal. Lunch: Cheddar Muffin, chicken fat, chicken stock, sauerkraut. Dinner: cauliflower pizza crust, chicken sausage, dubliner, parmesan. Snacks/Other: cheesecake truffle, dubliner cheese, kevita, macadamia nuts , palm hearts, raspberry cheese bar .
