Fat: 104.93g | Prot: 59.62g | Carb: 30.56g.   Breakfast:  Espresso Coffee, half and half, almond milk, low carb cereal, evening primrose oil. Lunch:  Cheddar Muffin, chicken stock, sauerkraut, chicken fat. Dinner:  cauliflower pizza crust, chicken sausage, dubliner, parmesan. Snacks/Other:  kevita, palm hearts, macadamia nuts , cheesecake truffle, raspberry cheese bar , dubliner cheese.
