Fat: 110.08g | Prot: 63.51g | Carb: 14.31g.   Breakfast:  butter, coconut oil, cod liver oil, coffee, evening primrose oil. Lunch:  coconut oil, garden of life Super Green, mrm 100% whey, sauerkraut. Dinner:  coconut oil, Turkey Meat and Skin (Cooked, Roasted). Snacks/Other:  85% dark chocolate, kevita, macadamia nuts.
