Fat: 121.95g | Prot: 64.89g | Carb: 26.54g.   Breakfast:  butter, coconut oil, cod liver oil, coffee, evening primrose oil. Lunch:  coconut oil, Garden of Life Raw Protein, garden of life Super Green. Dinner:  butter, chicken breast, chicken broth, coconut oil, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  brazil nuts, flaxseeds, hempseeds, unsweetened almond milk.
