Fat: 121.95g | Prot: 64.89g | Carb: 26.54g.   Breakfast:  butter, coffee, coconut oil, cod liver oil, evening primrose oil. Lunch:  garden of life Super Green, Garden of Life Raw Protein, coconut oil. Dinner:  chicken broth, coconut oil, chicken breast, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), butter. Snacks/Other:  brazil nuts, unsweetened almond milk, flaxseeds, hempseeds.
