Fat: 46.24g | Prot: 65.90g | Carb: 199.80g.   Breakfast:  basic 4 cereal, 1 cup coffee, Dannon Light and Fit Greek Raspberry yogurt, milk. Lunch:  Tuna in Water (Canned), veggie pizza. Dinner:  Cheese Pizza, Fire Roasted Veggie Pizza. Snacks/Other:  fiber one bar.
