Fat: 68.51g | Prot: 86.16g | Carb: 190.50g.   Breakfast:  quaker oatmeal maple, nestle hot cocoa mix. Lunch:  mayonnaise hellmann's, hard salami, mt. olive kosher dill pickle spear. Dinner:  beef ravioli, vegetable medley, macaroni and cheese, caesar salad, Orange Drink, Chicken Fingers. Snacks/Other:  protien powder, powerade zero.
