Fat: 55.70g | Prot: 54.96g | Carb: 215.91g.   Breakfast:  Nature Valley Granola maple, quaker oatmeal maple. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, peter pan peanut butter, spaghetti, welch's grape jam. Dinner:  corn, pancake krusteaz, scrambled eggs. Snacks/Other:  kix cereal.
