Fat: 92.99g | Prot: 88.02g | Carb: 184.36g.   Breakfast:  banana, Honey Nut Cheerios, non fat milk. Lunch:  apple sauce, arby's fish sandwich, Kirkland Signature Dry Roasted Almonds. Dinner:  Barbecued Pork Spareribs with Sauce, Italian Salad Dressing (Reduced Fat), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chip, Roast Beef.
