Fat: 19.89g | Prot: 88.23g | Carb: 181.41g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, banana, fat free cheddar cheese, half and half, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  chicken breast, Light Original Flatbread, Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Dinner:  Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  pop secret, Special K Cracker Chips - Southwest Ranch, Special K Protein Shake - Milk Chocolate.
