Fat: 32.56g | Prot: 60.35g | Carb: 114.03g.   Breakfast:  skim milk, sweet potatoe, weetabix 1 biscuit. Lunch:  chicken , chicken broth, eggplant, okra, sweet potatoe. Dinner:  chilli con carne, parmesan, pasta, red wine. Snacks/Other:  chicken frankfurt, rooibos tea, strawberry, tuc, walnut.
