day two: much more active... spent most the day out.... I reduced my total fat intake from 86g to 35g. i actually look forward to starting over ...

Fat: 35.16g | Prot: 53.04g | Carb: 104.54g.   Breakfast:  tea, stroehmann white bread, my essentials large white eggs. Lunch:  Chunk Light Tuna in Water, nabisco origina premium saltine crackers, baby carrots. Dinner:  wish bone italian dressing, tyson grilled and ready chicken breast, green giant baby carrots, cucumber, lettuce. Snacks/Other:  oscar mayer hot dog, pillsbury crescent, special k cracker chips, red apple, Quakes Rice Snacks - Apple Cinnamon.
