day two: much more active... spent most the day out.... I reduced my total fat intake from 86g to 35g. i actually look forward to starting over ...

Fat: 35.16g | Prot: 53.04g | Carb: 104.54g.   Breakfast:  my essentials large white eggs, stroehmann white bread, tea. Lunch:  baby carrots, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, nabisco origina premium saltine crackers. Dinner:  cucumber, green giant baby carrots, lettuce, tyson grilled and ready chicken breast, wish bone italian dressing. Snacks/Other:  oscar mayer hot dog, pillsbury crescent, Quakes Rice Snacks - Apple Cinnamon, red apple, special k cracker chips.
