Fat: 136.09g | Prot: 149.57g | Carb: 24.20g.   Breakfast:  coffee, italian sausage, The Original Low Fat Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  gerrys top round thin cut. Dinner:  avacado, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins, olive oil, spring mix, vinegar, yellow mustard. Snacks/Other:  Gerrys extra sharp cheddar, Green Tea with Lemon, Natural Lemonade Drink Mix, Whole Natural Almonds 100 Calorie Packs.
