Fat: 136.09g | Prot: 149.57g | Carb: 24.20g.   Breakfast:  coffee, The Original Low Fat Coffee Creamer, italian sausage. Lunch:  gerrys top round thin cut. Dinner:  olive oil, vinegar, spring mix, avacado, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins, yellow mustard. Snacks/Other:  Whole Natural Almonds 100 Calorie Packs, Green Tea with Lemon, Natural Lemonade Drink Mix, Gerrys extra sharp cheddar.
