Fat: 137.45g | Prot: 143.99g | Carb: 29.20g.   Breakfast:  coffee, flaxseed oil softgel, italian sausage, The Original Low Fat Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins, calcium, Whole Natural Almonds 100 Calorie Packs. Dinner:  avacado, olive oil, pork chops, romaine lettuce, vinegar. Snacks/Other:  Green Tea with Lemon, Turkey Sausage Patty.
