Fat: 131.59g | Prot: 135.07g | Carb: 24.71g.   Breakfast:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins, coffee, The Original Low Fat Coffee Creamer, Whole Natural Almonds 100 Calorie Packs. Lunch:  flaxseed oil softgel, Turkey Sausage Patty, Spinach, calcium , Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinegar. Dinner:  italian sausage, Gerrys extra sharp cheddar. Snacks/Other:  Green Tea with Lemon, vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, avacado, Romaine Lettuce.
