Lunch:  Butter, Oroweat Dark Rye Bread, HEB Fully Fit Black Forest Ham. Dinner:  Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Merlot Wine, Cabbage, Ground Pork, Central Market Ground Flax Seed, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts, Strawberries.
