Dinner:  Cabbage, Ground flax, Mozza, Olive oil, Merlot Wine, Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Green beans. Snacks/Other:  Butter, Peanut Butter, Ezekiel bread, Peanuts.
