Dinner:  Cabbage, Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Green beans, Ground flax, Merlot Wine, Mozza, Olive oil. Snacks/Other:  Butter, Ezekiel bread, Peanut Butter, Peanuts.
