Dinner: Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice, Green beans, Merlot Wine, Mozza, Olive oil, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Snacks/Other: Dark rye, Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts, Peanut Butter.
