Fat: 95.17g | Prot: 80.95g | Carb: 148.39g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  Butterball, Dark Rye Bread. Dinner:  Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice, Green beans, Merlot Wine, Mozza, Olive oil, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Dark rye, Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts, Peanut Butter.
