Fat: 95.17g | Prot: 80.95g | Carb: 148.39g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  Dark Rye Bread, Butterball. Dinner:  White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned), Olive oil, Merlot Wine, Mozza, Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice, Green beans. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts, Dark rye, Peanut Butter.
