Lunch:  Lactaid 100% Lactose Free Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Strawberries. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Egg, Gia Russa Whole Grain Bread Crumbs, Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Del Monte Fruit Naturals Red Grapefruit, Lactaid 100% Lactose Free Fat Free Milk, Mars Milky Way 2 To Go Bars, Oreo Chocolate Creme Cookie.
