Fat: 27.65g | Prot: 91.18g | Carb: 109.53g.   Breakfast:  3 egg white, mexican cheese, mushrooms. Lunch:  strawberries, chicken breast, large green salad. Dinner:  large salad, roasted chicken. Snacks/Other:  snickers mini, advantage atkins protein bar, coffee creamer, fat free milk.
