Fat: 45.37g | Prot: 99.90g | Carb: 96.15g.   Breakfast:  3 egg white, American or Cheddar Type Processed Cheese, butterball turkey sausages, mushrooms. Lunch:  blueberry, chicken breast, large green salad. Dinner:  chicken curry, large salad. Snacks/Other:  almonds, apple, fat free milk.
