Fat: 45.37g | Prot: 99.90g | Carb: 96.15g.   Breakfast:  American or Cheddar Type Processed Cheese, 3 egg white, mushrooms, butterball turkey sausages. Lunch:  chicken breast, large green salad, blueberry. Dinner:  large salad, chicken curry. Snacks/Other:  almonds, apple, fat free milk.
