Fat: 50.82g | Prot: 85.31g | Carb: 170.10g.   Breakfast:  American or Cheddar Type Processed Cheese, 3 egg white, Oat Cereal, mushrooms. Lunch:  chicken breast, large green salad, blueberry. Snacks/Other:  light english muffin, almonds, peanut butter, Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, apple, frosted shredded mini wheats, bagel, cheese, muffin.
