Fat: 50.82g | Prot: 85.31g | Carb: 170.10g.   Breakfast:  3 egg white, American or Cheddar Type Processed Cheese, mushrooms, Oat Cereal. Lunch:  blueberry, chicken breast, large green salad. Snacks/Other:  almonds, apple, bagel, cheese, frosted shredded mini wheats, Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, light english muffin, muffin, peanut butter.
