Fat: 48.14g | Prot: 92.12g | Carb: 135.15g.   Breakfast:  3 egg white, American or Cheddar Type Processed Cheese, mushrooms, Oat Cereal. Lunch:  blueberry, chicken breast, large green salad. Dinner:  brussell sprout, couscous, salmon. Snacks/Other:  almonds, coctco chocolate cake, light english muffin, peanut butter, pear.
