Fat: 40.02g | Prot: 107.40g | Carb: 133.40g.   Breakfast:  American or Cheddar Type Processed Cheese, 3 egg white, Oat Cereal, mushrooms. Lunch:  chicken breast, large green salad, blueberry. Dinner:  chicken drumstick, large salad. Snacks/Other:  light english muffin, pear, almonds, peanut butter, Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, fat free milk.
