Fat: 42.91g | Prot: 74.10g | Carb: 168.15g.   Breakfast:  3 egg white, American or Cheddar Type Processed Cheese, mushrooms, Oat Cereal. Lunch:  blueberry, large green salad, shrimp curry. Dinner:  light english muffin, progresso light soup, vegetables. Snacks/Other:  almonds, fat free milk, frosted shredded mini wheats, light english muffin, peanut butter, pear.
