Fat: 42.91g | Prot: 74.10g | Carb: 168.15g.   Breakfast:  American or Cheddar Type Processed Cheese, 3 egg white, Oat Cereal, mushrooms. Lunch:  large green salad, blueberry, shrimp curry. Dinner:  progresso light soup, light english muffin, vegetables. Snacks/Other:  light english muffin, pear, almonds, peanut butter, fat free milk, frosted shredded mini wheats.
