Fat: 35.84g | Prot: 93.61g | Carb: 125.78g.   Breakfast:  3 egg white, almonds, mushrooms, Reduced Fat American Cheese. Lunch:  blueberry, chicken breast, large green salad. Dinner:  light english muffin, spinach, tuna. Snacks/Other:  almonds, apple, frosted shredded mini wheats, light english muffin, peanut butter, sugar free vanilla pudding.
