Fat: 35.84g | Prot: 93.61g | Carb: 125.78g.   Breakfast:  3 egg white, mushrooms, Reduced Fat American Cheese, almonds. Lunch:  chicken breast, large green salad, blueberry. Dinner:  spinach, tuna, light english muffin. Snacks/Other:  frosted shredded mini wheats, apple, peanut butter, light english muffin, almonds, sugar free vanilla pudding.
