Fat: 84.61g | Prot: 130.95g | Carb: 553.49g.   Breakfast:  Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats, Hormel corned beef hash, Organic strawberries, Simply potatoes, Snyder sourdough pretzel. Lunch:  Crabmeat salad, Pumpernickel bread. Dinner:  Garlic bread, Grandmas Rice and Beans, silk fruit and protein, Stroehmann potato, Veggie dogs. Snacks/Other:  Banana, My essentials sorted pops, New york style sea salt, orange soda, Sabra hummus, Silk soy milk, Tangelo.
