Fat: 84.61g | Prot: 130.95g | Carb: 553.49g.   Breakfast:  Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats, Organic strawberries, Hormel corned beef hash, Simply potatoes, Snyder sourdough pretzel. Lunch:  Pumpernickel bread, Crabmeat salad. Dinner:  Grandmas Rice and Beans, Stroehmann potato, Veggie dogs, Garlic bread, silk fruit and protein. Snacks/Other:  Sabra hummus, New york style sea salt, Banana, Tangelo, Silk soy milk, My essentials sorted pops, orange soda.
