Fat: 45.98g | Prot: 58.20g | Carb: 149.49g.   Breakfast:  egg, chicken, fried rice, Cheddar Cheese, Multi For Her, water, low fat milk, tea. Lunch:  tea, low fat milk, Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed, oatmeal, dark brown sugar, Almonds. Dinner:  Red Table Wine, annie's cheddar.
