Fat: 100.69g | Prot: 111.07g | Carb: 199.49g.   Breakfast:  avacado, orange juice, cottage cheese, toast. Lunch:  whey protein powder, reduced fat milk, kirkland chicken, wheat bread, best foods mayonnaise. Dinner:  shredded chicken tacos, refried beans with cheese, sierra nevada pale ale. Snacks/Other:  coffee, sierra nevada pale ale, chocolate, crown royal whiskey.
