Fat: 100.69g | Prot: 111.07g | Carb: 199.49g.   Breakfast:  avacado, cottage cheese, orange juice, toast. Lunch:  best foods mayonnaise, kirkland chicken, reduced fat milk, wheat bread, whey protein powder. Dinner:  refried beans with cheese, shredded chicken tacos, sierra nevada pale ale. Snacks/Other:  chocolate, coffee, crown royal whiskey, sierra nevada pale ale.
