Fat: 81.68g | Prot: 118.49g | Carb: 251.18g.   Breakfast:  albondigas, flour tortilla. Lunch:  reduced fat milk, whey protein powder. Dinner:  breaded fried shrimp, lumpia, steamed spinach, steamed white rice. Snacks/Other:  cabernet red wine, coffee, knudsen cottage cheese, sierra nevada pale ale, whole grain sesame crackers.
