Fat: 65.78g | Prot: 147.62g | Carb: 95.96g.   Breakfast:  Black Bean Brownies II, cottage cheese 2%, egg, spinach. Lunch:  Broccoli, cottage cheese 2% fat, Kidney Beans (Canned), Turkey Breast Meat. Dinner:  avocado, lean beef, polar cheese, Whole-grain bread with bran. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Fat Free Quark, lindt 85% chocolate bar, Polar 5% cheese, raffaello, Red Raspberries, Red Tomatoes, wheat bran.
