Fat: 45.61g | Prot: 111.30g | Carb: 129.07g.   Breakfast:  oats, cranberries, Black Bean Brownies II. Lunch:  chicken breast, broccoli, black beans. Dinner:  rye bread, lean beef, circassian cheese, lettuce, kiwi. Snacks/Other:  hard-boiled egg, cucumber, Black Bean Brownies II, quark, cranberries.
