Fat: 72.81g | Prot: 104.31g | Carb: 147.60g.   Breakfast:  Black Beans Brownies, Circassian (Adygeisky) cheese, egg, spinach. Lunch:  cauliflower, chicken breast. Dinner:  Red rice with veggies. Snacks/Other:  almonds, beef, blueberries, cherry tomatoes, circassian cheese, cottage cheese, cranberries, Lettuce, light mayo, pear, rye bread, Sunflower Seeds Bread.
