Fat: 32.86g | Prot: 43.80g | Carb: 176.43g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Fried Egg, Toasted White Bread. Lunch:  carbonated unsweetened flavored water, Fiber One Protein Caramel Nut Bar, Homemade Turkey Soup, Lays Baked Crisps BBQ. Dinner:  carbonated unsweetened flavored water, Homemade Spaghetti Sauce with meat, My Essentials Spaghetti, Ranch Salad Dressing, Salad, Whole Grain Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  Apple, Asian Rice Cracker Snack Mix, blueberries, Pineapple.
