Fat: 59.85g | Prot: 48.00g | Carb: 182.00g.   Breakfast:  instant oatmeal walnut and raisin. Lunch:  Beef Tips Portobello, Chicken Tenders. Dinner:  American Cheese Slice, french onion dip, Garden Tomato & Basil Potato Chips, mustard, Real Mayonnaise, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  mounds.
