Fat: 76.83g | Prot: 106.39g | Carb: 151.90g.   Breakfast:  muscle milk. Lunch:  avocado, carrots, colby jack, grapes, oscar meyer deli turkey, ranch. Dinner:  91% lean - 9% fat organic grass fed ground beef, prego traditional, spaghetti squash. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Organic chocolate milk, simple truth organic trAil mix.
