Fat: 54.52g | Prot: 58.91g | Carb: 180.25g.   Breakfast:  brown sugar, fat-free milk, Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bar, Quaker Instant Brown Sugar Maple oatmeal. Lunch:  cheese, Lay's Potato Chips, Townhouse crackers, tuna salad. Dinner:  cheese, Hamburger (Single Patty with Condiments), salad, sweet italian brat, vodka. Snacks/Other:  celery, Jolly Time Popcorn, pretzels.
