Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Roasted Potato. Dinner:  Chipotle Mexican Grill Steak Burrito (Rice, Black Beans, Corn Salsa, Tomato Salsa, Guacamole). Snacks/Other:  american honey, apple, Creamy Peanut Butter, Deglet Noor Dates, Oranges.
