Fat: 74.97g | Prot: 125.22g | Carb: 89.70g.   Breakfast:  coffee, non-dairy creamer, splenda, atkins meal replacement bar, hard boiled egg. Lunch:  grape tomatoes, balsamic vinigarette dressing, salad, salami, boiled ham, radishes, celery. Dinner:  chicken breast with bone no skin, broccoli, 1% cottage cheese. Snacks/Other:  atkins bar, popcorn.
