Fat: 74.97g | Prot: 125.22g | Carb: 89.70g.   Breakfast:  atkins meal replacement bar, coffee, hard boiled egg, non-dairy creamer, splenda. Lunch:  balsamic vinigarette dressing, boiled ham, celery, grape tomatoes, radishes, salad, salami. Dinner:  1% cottage cheese, broccoli, chicken breast with bone no skin. Snacks/Other:  atkins bar, popcorn.
