Lunch:  Swiss Cheese, Food Lion Sliced Turkey Breast, Regular Mayonnaise, Voskos Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blended Wild Strawberry. Dinner:  Kretschmar London Broil, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Fresh Selections Leafy Romaine, Country Crock Churn Style Butter, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  Arnold Whole Grain Classics 12 Grain Bread, Peter Pan Crunchy Peanut Butter, Market Pantry Blackberry Jam.
