Fat: 109.78g | Prot: 78.51g | Carb: 262.79g.   Breakfast:  kale, strawberry, blueberry, fresh orange juice, honey. Lunch:  sesame semolina, carrot, green leaf lettuce, banana pepper, green bell pepper, cabot extra sharp white cheddar cheese, red onion. Dinner:  Lentil Medly, cabot extra sharp white cheddar cheese, sour cream. Snacks/Other:  sunflower seeds, almond, craisin ocean spray, chocolate chips 60%, water.
