Fat: 52.50g | Prot: 83.80g | Carb: 98.18g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Boiled Egg, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links. Lunch:  Flour Fajita De Harina Caseras Tortillas, Lowfat Cottage Cheese with chive, Raspberries, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Southwestern Style Salsa (Medium), Strawberries. Dinner:  Breaded Veal Patty, French Rolls.
