Fat: 59.07g | Prot: 47.48g | Carb: 190.78g.   Breakfast:  butter, donut, egg, grapefruit, kale, kiwi, lemon juice, whole wheat bagel. Lunch:  egg, greens, peanut butter cups kirkland, rib. Dinner:  bloody mary.
