Fat: 64.74g | Prot: 99.10g | Carb: 156.40g.   Breakfast:  eggs, oatmeal, green beans, honey. Lunch:  white beans fat not added, mixed salad, chicken, carrot, red cabbage, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil. Dinner:  tilapia, acorn squash, butter, broccoli, cauliflower, mixed salad, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil. Snacks/Other:  banana, old fashioned peanut butter laura scudders, giradelli hot chocolate mix.
