Fat: 64.74g | Prot: 99.10g | Carb: 156.40g.   Breakfast:  eggs, green beans, honey, oatmeal. Lunch:  balsamic vinegar, carrot, chicken, mixed salad, red cabbage, sesame oil, white beans fat not added. Dinner:  acorn squash, balsamic vinegar, broccoli, butter, cauliflower, mixed salad, sesame oil, tilapia. Snacks/Other:  banana, giradelli hot chocolate mix, old fashioned peanut butter laura scudders.
